Admin Guest

 

 


 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

The mission of admin Guest is managing the onboarding and the offboarding of all employees on the client systems.
Creating, disabling & deleting logs according to the departures.

 

 


 

 

Duties:

 

 

Management and administration of logs (telephony tools and client tools) of all activities (CC, Coach, Coordinator, Trainer, etc.

 

 

Update existing procedures

 

 

Analysis and escalation of Bugs on GUEST Administration tools.

 

 

Ensures the smooth running of internal and external audits (control of Logs).

 

 

Raise incidents & follow -up

 

 


 

 

Ensures new technical items are added to the admin GUEST  tool every time a new activity is started

 

 

Monitoring and updating of the Logs database (telephony tools and Client tools) of all activities

 

 

Preparation of items requested by the Client GUEST  Administration for site audits.

 

 

Skills affectation

 

 

Perform and update GUEST Administration procedures

 

 

recycling, mixing, exclusion, and inclusion of sheets on the admin tool
